"Whats the point of normal post?"

I have not recieved several items i had been expecting but they were not sent by recorded delivery so i had no proof of them being sent so i guess that means we should do away with normal post and only send recorded delivery? shocking shocking shocking

anything less is fair game for anyone it seems and we the public dont have a leg to stand on.
