"Wheelchair Access"

Booked a wheelchair accessable taxi today. Was told it would be 20 minutes and we were ok with the wait. Not having had any problems in 3 months of hiring accessable taxis from 5 star we were very surprised when the driver who turned up refused to take me and my wife because i would "have to keep your head down on the journey" because of the low height of the cab roof. After getting quite rightly upset whilst complaining on the telephone and being told I had a "bad Attitude" I would like to thank 5 Star taxis for ruining my day and forcing me to either find another taxi firm or stay at home permanently. So much for Disability Discrimination..
