"Telephone dodgers"

It is no small wonder that the post office parcels delivery has such a poor reputation and the general public is turning to other carriers.

It is vertually impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone 0191-4561922 , I have tried eleven time and each time someone after ringing for some time has lifted the handset and replaced it .

Why have a telephone when you have to attend the office in person to ask a question ..
