I use mega pc's on a regulard basis(well every week)and if there has ever been a problem it was resolved quickly and without fuss..... 
As it goes i just bought a refurbished laptop this last week with 12 month warrenty.....Highly impressed-Not to mention that it was £170 off the retail price
