My Dad's pub

I have just been today and taken photos of the derelict wolsington hotel. I was only 5yrs old when we moved from there and can still remember the coronation celebrations that took place in the upstairs room.
I am interested to know if this is a listed building and will it ever trade again?
If anyone has any information I would love to hear.
