"BAD SERVICE"

We had query with our bill and asked to see the manager but, appartenly, he was busy upstairs. When asked if we could wait until he wasn;t busy we were told "I wouldn't if I were you!".

I queried the Customer Service Award that they publicise on their bil but no one knew anything about it.

What an awful end to what was to be a lovely catch up evening with an ill friend. .
