"Going downhill"

I am a member of nobles in southport and have been since they first opened a couple of years ago,it was a pleasure to go there, the staff were and still are very accomodating,also we were given various benefits,food,drinks,games,ect,ect,and everybody who went there were happy and were all made very welcome,but a few months ago it all seemed like it was all starting to go wrong,everything changed,and the poor staff sometimes dont even know if their jobs are safe,and lots of customers have stopped going,i think its a disgrace the way our arcade in southport is at the moment ,they;NOBLES; dont even have a website where i can express my disappointment and disgustat the people at the top who are letting this happen.sort yourselves out and help our nobles to be a happy and full place to be..
