"Can never get through to make an appointment."

Everytime you try to ring to make an appointment regardless of the time of day from 8am to 6pm at night the phone is either engaged or they simply don't answer it. If you're like me and work full time so can not get to the medical centre just to make the appointment in the first place then this place is useless. I get the impression they just leave the phone off the hook all day..
