My husband and i have been regular diners on and off at the exchange during this time we have seen lots of different owners but overall have been happy with the food and service however a couple of weeks ago after a hectic day at work my co workers and myself decided to go for drinks and a bite to eat.I suggested the exchange when we arrived and asked for a table we were told it was fully booked although when looking at restraunt it was empty. We decided to stay and have drinks during this period their was a gentle flow of people arriving but was no where near full.I rang tonight to book well in advance for saturday and have been told that it is fully booked again i have now discovered this is due to a groupen offer as a business owner myself i can see the possitive of this but as a regular visitor i feel put out at not being able to get a table and i wonder if the owners have took their eye of the ball when we were prepared to pay full price and can not get a table. It looks like we will go else where on saturday and unfortunately you may lose four regular customers..
