"What Service!!!"

On Friday 27th March we had a power cut at Sadberge. Apparently there was a fault with a feeder cable.

Before the power was restored at around 8pm we had no heating, lighting or cooking facilities. We were quite literally in the dark.

During that time however we were constantly kept in touch with what was happening. I received no less than 4 courtesy calls - all very helpful, friendly and efficient. I have to say I was very impressed with the help given - unusual in this day and age with so many companies.
