"Hebburn Health Centre Telephone Response"

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to order a repeat prescription from Hebburn Health Centre by phone. Neither the prescription line nor the centre's main number are ever answered. I have checked the numbers and they are correct.

As I work full-time I am not in a position to just wander down in person, in the hope that there might actually be someone there. I can only assume that, if the place is staffed, then these staff members are far too busy writing sicknotes for the workshy population of Hebburn to actually answer the phone..
