Ive been tattooed by a cuple of tattooists but i wish i had met phil at tattoo mania way back when i got my first, ive been tattoed by him many times now and wud never consider going anywhere else. his skill,care and attitude are second to none. ive recommended him to others who have had work done and as i have been they have always been amazed at the work he has done for them. cheaper rates and better work than any i have seen. the fact that he is fully booked up for months in advance speaks for itself. a tattoo is for the rest of your life so get it done by the best.
